THINGS THAT CAN EFFECT MOVING TIME
- Number of flights of stairs
- Distance of walk from the truck to the load or unload location
- The amount of time it takes to load and unload your items
- Driving time to the load and the unload location
- Adding items on site that weren't listed in your quote
- Disassembling and reassembling of items
RULE OF THE ESTIMATE
We use a 1 hour per room load/unload time allotment rule for estimates, but don't worry! If we finish up sooner than expected the clock stops, you wont pay for time you don't use!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Boxx Boys Moving requires a deposit on moving appointments in order to reserve move date and times. These deposits are subject to our 3 business day cancelation / rescheduling policy. Rescheduling is subject to our availability. This means deposits are NON REFUNDABLE if you are within 3 business days of your move date. Cancellations made prior to 3 days will be refunded minus a $50 loss of date fee.
Example: Move date is Tuesday September 2nd. You must cancel your move by the end of business day August 29th in order to receive a refund minus fees.
Once your move is scheduled, space is reserved with Boxx Boys Moving. Crews and truck routes are determined. The cancellation policy is in place to compensate for losses resulting from such cancellations. All Cancellations must be received no later than (3) three business days prior to the scheduled move date in order to avoid any miss communications and / or non - refundable deposits. Deposits may be used or applied as a deposit on future moves as long as we have availability on the new date requested within 60 days.
Deposits will be deducted from the move total.

Damages
Although we work extremely hard to ensure damages don't happen, sometimes things go wrong. If on a rare occasion any of your items are damaged, you have 72 hours from service ending to make a report so that we can work to rectify the issue. Our Fee Free Damage Protection covers repairs up to .60 cents x LBS of item (example item weight 100 lbs x .60 cents= $60 payout).
